„Unity Against Hate” – international Erasmus+ project

The international Erasmus+ project “Unity Against Hate”, organised by StartUp HUB, took place from 2 to 8 December at the European Studies Centre in Arcuș. The event was attended by 42 young people from 10 different countries – Italy, Romania, Portugal, Turkey, Hungary, Greece, Slovakia, the Netherlands, the Czech Republic and Poland.

StartUp HUB: Promoting Entrepreneurship Among Vocational School Students

Sfântu Gheorghe hosted the second meeting of the Erasmus+ project “Empowering the Future: A Game-Changing Entrepreneurship Program for VET Students,” focused on enhancing entrepreneurial education for vocational and technical education students. The project is implemented in collaboration between Puskás Tivadar Technical College, StartUp HUB, Heves County SZC Márciua 15 Vocational School, and Budapest Mobility. The meeting was attended by 24 representatives of the partners, who worked together to achieve the project’s objectives.

“Say NO to Racism” – International Erasmus+ Program in Sfântu Gheorghe

From November 3 to 12, the city of Sfântu Gheorghe hosted the international Erasmus+ training program titled “Say NO to Racism,” organized by the Association for Innovation in Adult Education. This program brought together 66 young people aged 18 to 30 from 11 countries: Georgia, Italy, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Poland, Moldova, the Czech Republic, Armenia, Portugal, Azerbaijan, Romania, and Hungary. The StartUp HUB team provided logistical support for the project.

New online training courses start in December

Starting in December, StartUp HUB will launch five new training courses. These courses include: GDPR Expert, Competence Assessor, Trainer, Training Preparator and Project Manager. We encourage the enrolment of individuals who are open to new opportunities, eager to engage in continuous learning, support the professional growth of others, and share their knowledge and experience in their respective fields.

StartUp HUB has successfully secured funding to implement new projects

The new projects launched by StartUp HUB will provide free training opportunities for more than 7,000 employees, contributing to the competitiveness of companies and the development of human capital. The aim of this large-scale project is to support the development of leadership skills in companies, the improvement of digital skills, and the re-skilling of employees without professional qualifications. Training programs will begin next spring and be available throughout the country’s Central Development Region.
