Róbert Grüman, co-founder and managing director of the StartUp HUB, presented the goals, results and new non-refundable grants that will soon be available through the HUB at the “New Generation, New Opportunities” entrepreneurial roundtable discussion organised in the Transylvania Café tent in Tusványos. Topics included the first generation entrepreneurial journey, the national market success of a Szekler company and as well the topic of international market entry.

Following last year’s successful cooperation, StartUp HUB is proud to be the official community partner of Expand North Star, which will take place in Dubai Harbour from 13-16 October 2024. This partnership creates a unique exposure, growth and networking opportunity for the startup ecosystem in Transylvania.

On June 4th, a sold-out event titled “Transformational Digitalization in the Business Sector” was held in the conference hall of the StartUp HUB, a center for business development, adult education, and vocational training. The event, organized jointly by the Keleti Károly Faculty of Business and Management at Óbuda University, Sapientia Hungarian University of Transylvania (EMTE), and StartUp HUB, was attended by local higher education leaders, IT industry representatives, and regional entrepreneurs.
