The new projects launched by StartUp HUB will provide free training opportunities for more than 7,000 employees, contributing to the competitiveness of companies and the development of human capital. The aim of this large-scale project is to support the development of leadership skills in companies, the improvement of digital skills, and the re-skilling of employees without professional qualifications. Training programs will begin next spring and be available throughout the country’s Central Development Region.
The project focuses on two main activities that support the professional growth of participants.
Leadership courses focus on improving leadership skills. They help managers lead effectively and make informed strategic decisions. These programs will cover key areas such as equal opportunity expertise, innovation management, waste management, privacy, process development, environmental management systems, communication and leadership, executive coaching and promoting inclusive leadership.
Through the development of modern technological skills, the employee training programs aim to update the knowledge of the participants. Reskilling will help employees better adapt to the ever-changing demands of the job market, with a focus on digital skills, cybersecurity, tourism skills, automotive mechanics, business skills, resource efficiency and textile production.
Anyone between the ages of 18 and 64 with an active employment agreement is eligible to apply. The program is aimed primarily at managers and executives, but it is essential that applicants are not administrators or owners of public or private companies. In addition, they must have at least a high school diploma or a certificate of professional competence.
Registration will begin in January, and we are looking forward to the participation of all those who wish to continue their professional development and update their knowledge in order to remain competitive in the job market.
