Introduce yourself, tell us about yourself and your business!<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n\n\n

I returned home after eight years of experience in England, where I worked as a chef. My business is a restaurant where the emphasis is on quality yet simple food. But it is more than just a restaurant: I envisioned a community space and a cooking school where we teach the basics of cooking to children and people with disabilities, as well as the Roma community. I also plan family weekends, cooking competitions, and international student exchange programs using my extensive professional network.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

What qualities do you think an entrepreneur must have?<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Professional management and being goal-oriented are essential. An entrepreneur must be able to hold their team together, which requires a great deal of flexibility, empathy, and excellent problem-solving skills.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

What was your biggest motivation for starting this business?<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n\n\n

This is a long-held dream of mine. While working as a head chef in England, I realized I had reached a level where I could create something lasting back home. When I saw the opportunity provided by the SES Program, I knew the time had come to make it a reality.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

H<\/strong>ow does the social mission appear in your project?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

My goal is to create opportunities. I want to launch special cooking courses where people not only learn to cook but also find a community. For us, gastronomy is about belonging and growth.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

What message would you give to those who are thinking about starting a business now?<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n\n\n

I would tell them that we change the world from the inside first. Go for it, and never give up on your dreams!<\/p>\n\n\n\n
