This time, we introduce Kristóf András Lőrincz, a young man who dreams of his own workshop and custom motorhomes. His business brings the spirit of freedom to the surroundings of Sfântu Gheorghe.
Introduce yourself, tell us about yourself and your business!
The essence of my business is combining mobility with the comfort of home. We will build tiny houses and convert vans into motorhomes, so-called camper vans. This is a childhood dream of mine, in which my family supports me fully.
What qualities should an entrepreneur have?
I think the most important ones are perseverance and creativity. You have to be open to new things and adapt flexibly to situations. In addition, empathy is essential – towards both customers and colleagues, as this is the only way to build a strong community and quality work.
What was the biggest motivation that made you start?
I recently finished school, and while university is a natural step for many, I knew I wanted to start a business. I want to work on things that truly interest me and where I can fulfill my creative drive. I didn’t want to continue studying out of necessity; I chose my own path.
Where did you hear about the opportunity, and what is the social aspect of your business?
I heard about the SES Program on TikTok. The social aspect of my commitment is to organize workshops for young people who, like me, are not heading to university but are interested in woodworking or house building. I want to pass on practical knowledge and show them that manual labor can be a successful and creative career path.
What is your message to those starting out now?
Don’t give up at the first difficulty! Entrepreneurship requires patience and perseverance, but the energy invested will pay off.
