This time, we introduce the story of Boróka Kacsa, who aims to support the health and well-being of the community in and around Sfântu Gheorghe. She has envisioned a specialized physiotherapy center that fills a vital gap, where modern technology meets a deep sense of social responsibility.

Please introduce yourself and tell us about your business!

I am launching a healthcare center that uses the power of physiotherapy to improve the quality of life of local residents. I strongly believe that freedom of movement and a pain-free life are rights everyone deserves, which is why we are creating three units equipped with modern devices. At our center, we offer a special, discreet, and highly effective solution for the treatment of incontinence, while infrared lamp therapy provides targeted inflammation reduction to support faster recovery. In addition, our services are complemented by the most advanced shock wave therapy, which delivers excellent results for both children and adults in the field of musculoskeletal rehabilitation.

What qualities do you think an entrepreneur must have?

In my opinion, creativity is the most important trait, as we must constantly seek new paths and solutions. Besides that, initiative and courage are essential. It is not enough to dream of a project; you must have the courage to take action, even when the path seems uncertain at the beginning.

What was your biggest motivation for starting this business?

My primary motivation was helping the people of Sfântu Gheorghe. The idea originated from a professional collaboration with Remedin—an existing center with a similar profile. We are further developing and elevating this established direction to provide even more modern and accessible care for the local community.

How did you hear about this opportunity, and how does the social mission appear in your project?

I learned about the opportunity through friends and immediately knew that I wanted to organically integrate a social mission into our operations. We pay special attention to supporting low-income seniors by providing them with free annual treatment opportunities, ensuring that their financial situation never stands in the way of their recovery. Furthermore, the well-being of disadvantaged children is a cause close to our hearts; therefore, we organize free assessments for them, with a particular focus on those whose families could not otherwise afford professional examinations.

What message would you give to those who are thinking about starting a business now?

My message to everyone is: never give up on your dreams. Being an entrepreneur is not always easy, but if you have a noble goal and enough perseverance, your dreams can become reality.
