This time, we’re sharing the story of Háromszéki Tóth – Imola, who is launching her own business in Cernat: a mobile bistro offering daily menus focused on healthy eating, especially for retirees and members of the local community.
Please introduce yourself and tell us about the business you’re starting.
I’ve always been passionate about the hospitality field — I’ve worked in a restaurant, and my partner has managed a kitchen. That’s where the idea came from to start our own business. We want to open a mobile bistro that we’ll gradually develop, offering dishes we love and that truly meet the needs of our local community.
What was the main motivation that led you to join this program?
We still feel a bit of fear, but we believe we’ve reached the point where we can truly do what we’re passionate about. This way, we can cook the dishes we love and offer the community exactly what it needs.
What qualities do you think are essential for someone who wants to start their own business?
It takes a lot of patience, openness, and good communication skills. To succeed, it’s essential to love what you do and to always find solutions to the challenges that arise.
How did you find out about this opportunity, and what does the support mean to you?
I saw the post on Facebook and had already been following the StartUp HUB page. When the right call appeared, I knew it was the right moment to start. We’ll use the support to purchase the mobile bistro and the necessary equipment to provide a daily menu that’s high-quality, fresh, and healthy for the local residents.
What message do you have for those who want to start a business in the future?
There will be obstacles, but there’s always a way forward. It’s worth starting your own business because you can do what you love and turn your dreams into reality.
