One of the primary challenges of entrepreneurship is not the quantity of work, but the lack of systemic efficiency. This message formed the foundation of the first KKV Upgrade Roadshow, held between March 10th and 12th across six cities in Transylvania.
The tour originated from the successful Leadership Training program and, over three intensive days, reached the entrepreneurial communities of Sfântu Gheorghe, Miercurea Ciuc, Târgu Mureș, Cluj-Napoca, Satu Mare, and Oradea. The starting point was a simple yet essential observation: the market is evolving faster than the operational models of most SMEs.
As Róbert Grüman highlighted: “This roadshow was created to bring the knowledge and mindset shift that entrepreneurs need today to as many places as possible. In the long term, we aim to build a strong and connected entrepreneurial community in Transylvania.”
Through concrete examples, the speakers highlighted where resources—time, focus, and money—are lost in the daily operations of a typical SME. They explored why growth stalls even in a favorable market context and what happens when leaders try to accelerate within the same old system instead of redesigning it.
The roadshow’s program was designed to cover all critical areas of company leadership in just 4 intensive hours. The opening session was led by Krisztián Egerszegi, founder of the Cégépítők podcast, who presented practical steps for building a successful business while emphasizing the importance of the ownership mindset. He was followed by András P. Tóth, an expert from STRT, who drew attention to the business applications of Artificial Intelligence, showcasing tested methods that can support growth and efficiency.
Later, the focus shifted toward marketing and automation: Levente Kiss, CEO of the Prisma Solutions agency, offered perspectives on effective online marketing tools, while Róbert Grüman, co-founder and leader of StartUp HUB, spoke about sales process automation, demonstrating how manual labor can be replaced by well-constructed systems. The events concluded with a workshop by Ádám Zachariás, a MiniCRM expert, who provided participants with practical and immediately applicable solutions for efficient customer acquisition.
As Krisztián Egerszegi pointed out: “Events like these help entrepreneurs step out of the daily operational grind and understand that true growth does not come from more work, but from better systems.”
More than 240 participants filled the halls across the six cities, clearly confirming that Transylvanian entrepreneurs are open to change and ready to move beyond outdated working models. In today’s market, competitive advantage is no longer determined by the volume of work, but by well-thought-out systems, operational efficiency, and the ability to adapt quickly.
